Quick Summer Lunch

Ok so today my sister took me, our mom, my niece, and my nephew to Michael's. To be honest we mostly just went to see what they were selling for fall and Halloween but ended up looking at something else. Of course we went and saw everything we wanted to but we found the clearance section. you guys 75% off some summer things and other miscellaneous things. I was so excited when I saw these two identical plastic round food trays with this perfect summery fruity pattern. They had pink and yellow pineapples, watermelon, kiwi, oranges, and dragon fruit printed on them. To me they were perfect and i chose to purchase them along with watermelon napkins that had hello summer written on them, mini candle orange slice candles that are kind of hard to see on the pictures and two tiny fabric pieces of a watermelon pattern.

I also bought balloons that matched the trays and the whole watermelon and fruit theme but at the end decided not to use them because it would have been too much for a simple lunch/dinner that we were having. I love how with only 4 things i purchased at Michael's and with some things I already owned I was able to whip up this quick and easy table setting. Who knew I was going to come home and prepare the most simple lunch/dinner along with this cute table. Until next time. Thanks for reading and have a great day.
